So you have a right to self defense when you're the aggressor? Is that what you're claiming?

This is what I'm starting to believe. He appears to be on some elaborate troll mission here. Kind of childish really

He is still just a teenager. I hope he is able to go on and live a somewhat normal life and not inadvertently become what the left already consider him to be.... which is the poster boy for far right groups. I'm sure they will welcome him with open arms and that attention will be alluring.

No. He's 100% the aggressor. The only reason he got shot was because he, under oath, admitted that he, without knowing what just happened, saw Rittenhouse, charged towards him with gun in hand, then when on top of him, pointed his gun at Rittenhouse then was shot.

It's no different that an armed robber claiming self defense if he points a gun at his victim then is shot by that person.

Serious question - are you trolling or do you sincerely believe what you're saying?

Crosskreutz drew on Kyle first.

Your point is retarded.

Do you become a public personality and sell a few million books?

File defamation lawsuits against WaPo, CNN, MSNBC, and NYT like Nicholas Sandmann did?

Yes, why is it the animals on the left can act with impunity, while those on the side of decency continue to be bullied?

I dont envy KR but we need champions for our side to stand up to this shite or it will only get worse.

Not to mention Sandmann probably isnt too upset sitting on a few hundred million of CNN's dollars.

WTF?!

Grosskreutz’s own testimony stated that he was the aggressor.
Didn't it also state that he believed Rittenhouse to be an active shooter? Which, depending on your political views, he may or may not have been?

His ignorance has nothing to do with the matter. He was in the mob pursuing Kyle, he was aware of what happened.

You don't see a difference here? An armed robber has obvious intentions to commit a crime, while Grosskreutz thought he was helping/saving people (much like Rittenhouse).

That is irrelevant to the argument.

In his testimony, he stated that he was initially 3 or so feet away with his hands raised and Kyle did not shoot.

He then dropped his hands and advanced on Kyle with his pistol raised, resulting in Kyle shooting him.

Grosskreutz went from a defensive posture to an aggressive posture.

He was no longer on the defensive at that point. Rittenhouse was.

And Rittenhouse wasn’t actively shooting, making the active shooter claim a fallacy.

I'm claiming that a strong case for self-defense can be put forth for someone pointing a weapon at an active shooter.
