Why don’t you put your kid on a team that’s less scary

Other kids see your son playing games and want in. Most probably didn't come with money for their own card whether it be economical or social expectations. The dad probably planned to do x,y,z and didn't plan on providing cards to the kids to play extra, so he was asking if it was okay if other kids can use your kids card to play games as well. "Hey man, do you mind if other kids hop in on the games with your kid."
From the context provided - I think this is the answer.

The OP decides to peacock in front of the black parents by giving his kid the stacked card. And it backfired horribly

Sounds like we found out the reason he was invited.

Seriously man. What good do you think will come of this?
You sports parents that have kids whose dream is to play in Tiger Stadium or in the PMAC, do you realize what the locker room culture is in collegiate athletics out side of the Ivy's and D3 that don't offer scholarships? The majority of y'all didn't play a sport beyond HS (if you made it that far), and y'all sure as hell ain't never been invited to Church, fish fry, or the cookout and it sure as shite shows.
OP, you don't know what you don't know in a new social environment and you made a faux pas. It's a back to elementary school if you bring extra better be ready to share thing. Not sure of the exact socio-economic status of the other players and their families, but that goes well beyond kid's birthday parties in a lot of sub cultures in the country/world.

My sons eight-year-old football team had a birthday party today at a laser tag place. So, here is the story. He Is the only white football player on the team.
Tell me your son’s the punter without telling me your sons the punter

OP: "Gather round economically challenged urban youths & watch Jaxxsyn play his 32nd game of skeeball!"

Do the other kids face time your kid constantly? I think that's a cultural thing that I wasn't aware of until recently.

Find another team. Unless he is 180lbs and protecting the star QB, he ain't playing!
Seriously, make the move now or don't complain anymore.

If so would you have been sharing?
Did somebody ask if they could hold your credit card or cash or something of value? If they ever ask you that, it just means they want to look at it and give it right back.
