What are the laws in Wyoming about fences and who maintains what?
Wyoming is a “fence out” state. Meaning it’s a person’s responsibility to fence out any cattle they don’t want on their property.
Most states are “fence in” meaning you have to fence your own cattle in so they can’t get out.

Figured I would find you in this thread to milk it dry with puns…

Exactly. I don’t think chickens were involved in this feud.

I have a neighbor down the road that had a neighbor who had awful fences. His cows were constantly getting into my friends planted fields, usually soybeans, corn, or cotton.
My friend pushed this guys cows back over the line and fixed fences many times for a couple of years. Always telling the bad neighbor to fix his fences.
Finally he had enough and he told the bad neighbor he was going to be planting his fields on that side of the property in a plant that was toxic to cows. The neighbor finally fixed his fences and my friend went back to planting his regular row crops.
The bad neighbor never supplemented his cows diet, never fertilized his pasture, (just let them eat whatever grew in his fields) and they looked like they were starving. I think they guy was glad his cows were getting out so they could feed for free on my friends crops.
Good fences make good neighbors.

I blame it on the Louisiana public school education.

I dont get it. Won't the bleached hair area grow back eventually with the original hair color.
Kind of like with the bleach blondes.

Bleaching wieners on cows is a felony? I thought this was America.

Maybe the message to the neighbor was to get his dick skinners on a t post driver and some fencing pliers and fix his part of the fence.

Once upon a time my Pops may or may not have had issues with a neighbor's hogs getting out. Every time they'd get out they would make their way to his property and destroy his garden. My Pops may or may not have warned him twice to not let it happen again. The last time it happened my Pops may or may not have loaded all of the hogs up and took them to the sale barn.

If a cow comes on your property, is it now your cow?

I figured they would have been invited in for dinner.
