IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. – A High School teacher in North Carolina has been charged with sending a sexually explicit video to a student.
44-year-old April Dawn Viney is facing two charges of dissemination of obscenity, both felonies.

True but if he was smart he would recognize the video for what it is - an invitation to get it on - and keep it a secret until he got tired of ramming her.
Instead he probably blew his chances right out of the starting gate by showing the video to his buddies.

Without a question. Because even if he told her he swears he isn't going to so anyone and he has all the intention in the world not to, he is telling his friends.. Who will not believe him so that's it. In his mind he has to show them.
