Her mother did the same thing. She was really homely when she was younger and then went HARD on the plastic surgery and when she was older went through a "looks good for her age" phase. Eventually even good plastic surgery catches up with you and you end up looking worse than before after too much/too long.
I do give them credit for getting fit. Plastic surgery can't really keep you looking fit if you don't exercise and eat right.
