IWBI and reconvert it to the original look. If I had anything left I would pay someone to tar and feather the hipsters who came up with that abortion.

It appears to have only one bedroom with a true en suite bath (two if you count the third floor as one bedroom). So that’s a no for me.

You could probably get the neighbors to chip in. What a crime to do that to that house.

3 pages and still no “you can buy a zillion soft house on a 1000 acres in cattle gap nowhere for less than that”!

The ad now has 2,200 something views. The agent is going to wake up this morning and think that many people are interested.

Cool house but it's crazy to me how people will pay that much money for a house with no yard.

Great looking house and anyone who says otherwise doesn't know a thing about design

If the house was in Lakeview it'd fit better...whoever did the design on this should be dropped off in the Lower Ninth Ward after midnight...and told to walk out!!!

So, you're doing the Democrat thing. You post a qualifier to make it seem everyone who disagrees with you is stupid.

Idk how they got approval from the City to completely change the facade of the house to something that doesn’t blend in with the surrounding area at all. There’s usually a LOT of red tape when it comes to making significant exterior changes to older houses in the City.

Maybe if I was facing an ocean or mountains all that glass would be great. Facing the street, no thanks.

I absolutely hate that house. And I hate the downtown Baton Rouge library, which is clearly what they copied to build it.

No it's just way better aesthetically now than it was before. There's really no legitimate argument to the contrary.

Explain this:
Zion had to go to war to get an inside movie theatre approved for his house. Something that the outside public can’t even see and wouldn’t even know about.
Yet, this ugly has completely out of place eyesore gets approved?

No wonder a house with that square footage and in that location is priced so low, it’s garish.

So homey looking with so much beautiful color. Could definitely be in Southern Living Magazine.
