It5's crazy how quickly it can go from harmless to serious issues.

A lady who used to cut my hair, got a secondary job at a Construction company as book keeper. Boss took the ladies in office to casino for Buffet for lunch, and gave them $20 each to play. She won $30 and was hooked.

Finally after working at this place for 8 years, she was called into office and FBI was there waiting for her. She was transferring money to secret accounts, writing checks to get cash for gambling. Final total was $475,000. At least that's what they can trace, she was good about playing the shell game with the funds.

14:71. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty
as charged. Defendant was sentenced to serve 4 years at hard labor,
suspended, and was placed on supervised probation for three years, with
conditions including the payment of a $200 fine and restitution. Defendant
appeals his conviction.

He got off about as light as he possibly could. WTF is he appealing for?
