I am not confused

Liberals always start by believing these cases no matter what

Conservatives always start by saying these cases are fake no matter what

This board leans right so naturally they will say this is fake and twist everything to make it so

Yeah, I got no clue what is real here. One tweet isn't going to prove anything.

I find it hard to believe he didn't have the password, but I don't know if he ever posted something via the WWL twitter box.

All the other allegations either have evidence or they don't.

His lawyer never said he didn't have the password. Just that he didn't have access.

In a paragraph where she twice says the words password access she only used the word access when talking about Seth.

What else is preventing access besides the password?

Being asleep. Not having a computer or phone on your person. Taking a shite.

Why would his lawyer not state Seth did not have password access?

It's classic lawyer speak dancing around a potential problem for the case.

Expressing your "right" for free speech as an opinion of a person's gender identity?

I swear you cannot make this stuff up.

Ok. So when someone hacks your bank acct and steals 2k from your checking acct, does the NOPD open an investigation? No. You file a report and that’s about the End of it. Same is if someone breaks into your car. You file a report but there is no investigation. I guess they could beef up patrol in the halls to try and catch the perp

Didn’t OJ take a lie detector test and fail? If that doesn’t hold weight, then why would one hold it when it fits the lefts narrative?

I live in California and they just made sodomy legal.

I’m moving before they make it mandatory.

There is truth in your middle two paragraphs.

What I believe happened in this case was Dunlap decided to call out perhaps the most popular personality in New Orleans history in an intellectually dishonest fashion. Because Brees recorded a single video on a singular issue of religious freedom the entire actions of a group were placed on Brees shoulders. Of course, a hypocrite like Dunlap would never criticize the left's beloved "Squad" who are passionate supporters of the Palestinian Authority, an organization that puts folks in prison for espousing lgbt rights.

Dunlap took the backlash from his hypocritical and intellectually weak editorial as being anti-lgbt. I believe the editorial and the reaction created an impetus for what happened here.
