That’s why she never said Seth doesn’t have password access.
From her statement today, linked above:

in addition to the fact that it is undisputed that he did not have access to the WWL Twitter account, nor did he have the password for same.

If this attorney is making it up, she needs to be disbarred. If he's making it up, he needs to go to jail.
She could know Seth’s story is bullshite and still try to poke holes in WWL’s investigation. Leverage any seed of doubt against them. At the end of the day they just want money to be told to go away.

My guess is the represented they wanted to talk "settlement", so they could confront him with the evidence. happens all the time
remember the NOPD dispatcher that was murdered coming home from work several years back?
that was a case profiled on First 48
after the investigators had the evidence needed to file an arrest warrant... the lead investigator called the suspect (victim's boyfriend... whom they had previously questioned) and told him they had an idea on a suspect and wanted him to take a look at a line-up... and the dude agreed... not knowing he was walking in to the station to be arrested for murder
this kind of deception happens all the time

I find dunlap’s large debt load to be the most offensive thing in all of this.
So trashy.
So trashy.

Looks like she reads my posts and is covering her arse.

WWL believes tweet came from Dunlap's own cell phone

I failed to see the deception in this. They told him they had an idea of a suspect and wanted him to look at a lineup. They didn't lie to him.

Also, judging by the article just posted. Dunlap passed a lie detector test (I understand people have the ability to fool those test) and didn't have access to the WWL twitter password.
The fact that he took a lie detector test preemptively to stave off this charge is pretty telling.
Also, that the release about the lie detector didn't mention the events where they were informed about WWL's findings is telling.

It’s been pretty clear since day 1 that Seth “Dun in the butt” Dunlap did this himself.

they didn't exactly say "hey we need you to come in to get arrested for murder"

The fact that he only recently released his sexual preferences for other men tells me he is pretty good at hiding the truth. Practice makes perfect.

Dude they proved it came from his cell phone and HE said he didn’t know the password. I hope Seth gets the big D rammed up his arse for this because this fake hate crime BS has got to stop.

Exactly what I said:
quote:
quote: He did it. Why else would he and his attorney preemptively come out with the lie detector nonsense when no one had publicly accused or even mentioned him doing it himself? They knew this move was coming from WWL and were trying to get out in front of it.

if anyone wants to re-read his open letter again with the now knowledge we have, omg i want to kick this dude in his face.
It just goes to show that ALL OF THIS, INCLUDING THE ATTACK ON BREES, was manufactured and planned.
If there was ever someone who needs the book thrown at him, he's the guy.

I just don’t know what kinds of debt collectors tend to garnish wages
Private debts that go into collection certainly can end up in garnishment.
