It’s definitely helped to balance LA peeps with the typical older gay couples that were buying everything up before. Still a liberal enclave, but not as bad as it was looking to be.

Changed it from Gay St Louis to Bar St Louis.

It won’t be nearly that long if SWB continues on or gets replaced by another race baiting retard like Chauna Banks.

It’s not just the coast that is growing but I’m seeing a lot of growth in and around the Hattiesburg area.

Anyone else seeing this?

Mississippi outside of Jackson is doing well. Mississippi however doesn’t have a big nice city in it. The smaller towns are doing well but Jackson is an absolute hell hole run by functioning retards with no industry to make it successful in spite of that. Birmingham. Memphis, NOLA all have something going for them them even though they are terribly run. Roads are good, schools are improving meteorically, and cost of living is good.

I was born and grew up in Louisiana. There is nothing in Louisiana I would leave Mississippi for.

If you take out Jackson, Mississippi is actually doing pretty well.

Other parts of the state such as Hattiesburg and Gulfport are experiencing population declines as well though.

It is the Hattiesburg area declining or Hattiesburg proper declining while the various suburbs in Forrest and Lamar counties such as Petal are booming?

Meridian is an underrated shithole. One of the worst towns in the South.

Same thing in Gulfport.

The area just to the north is really growing and has been since Katrina.

Also some large swaths of the Delta.

If I was going to live in Mississippi, I'd probably be somewhere in the Seminary/Collins/Magee area.

No, they're not. Gulfport and the Coast are booming.

Pretty much what I expected.

The old growth was west into Lamar with Oak Grove et all. The new growth appears to be north toward Petal et all.

Sometimes I think Mississippi's entire purpose is to make sure Louisiana is 49th in most things.
