The Steve McQueen memorial look today.

Persol 714SM and Tag Monaco Gulf CW2118 which was the first of the Gulf limited editions released for what would have been McQueens 75th birthday in 2005. The colors come from his driving suit in Le Mans.

Oyster date just (which needs adjusting).

Band could use a cleaning too. Almost time for a service any way.

I suspect that is part of the reason why Rolex starting making the Sub very hard to get (at least new).
the Rolex Sub now is almost like the woman carrying the Louis Vitton bag. Expensive but kinda basic.

The GMT “Batman” is a beautiful watch. A friend of mine has one otherwise I would get it.

Rolex unavailability made me shop around - very happy with the Speedmaster 57.

funny. I literally have a friend who has been trying to get a Batman for months.

The phrase "shut up and take my money" doesn't seem to apply to Rolex

Casio digital. Last forever and if you break it, get another one for $35.
