Would you want Trump/USA to take military action against N. Korea? Yes or No.

The question is should the US take military action against N.Korea for continually calling our bluff and making threats like the latest missile launch?

Or do you continue to assume Kim is a douchebag who's simply poking the hornets nest and has no intention of ever launching a real attack?

ps - I want OT opinion, not poli board. You gents are much smarter than those mouth-breathers.

Only if necessary for our national security.

Our economy is finally recovering. I don't feel like shelling out tax dollars to pay for another rebuild.

No. The casualties and fallout would be tremendous. And we have no idea what could ensue with Russia and China and our nice growing economy.

If we HAD to then I would want him to demolish NK and not make the war linger on.

Only if they make a legitimate attempt on the U.S. or an ally. As of now, just let that little fatso make empty threats.

It's terrifying that this is true.

What needs to happen is a regime change to cool it off. China doesn’t want millions of refuges flooding across their border nor do they want a western country on their border either.

They've already attacked RoK several times...

So to what level are you talking

I would rather us silently assassinate him. There has to be a way to make this happen with all of the tiny drones and crazy technology nowadays.

ETA: If he attacks anything, we blow them into pieces.

Only an absolute idiot would "want" a war with North Korea. Even the best case scenario would see tens of thousands, maybe more, of innocent people dead and a city of millions reduced to rubble. Not to mention the fact a good deal of the Korean Peninsula would be a radioactive hellhole enshrouded in a fog of chemical weapons when all was said and done.

No. But I would support diplomatic efforts designed to push North Korea into a corner where there only option is to either give up their nuke and missile programs completely or attempt an attack on us or our allies justifying a counter strike by the United States.

Only if US lives are in imminent danger.

And even then, I think we simply take out Kim with a precision drone attack.

Something that would call for the true might of the United States to intervene. North and South Korea have been fighting since their separation.

It would have to be something that we know they cannot handle themselves, such as legit invasion or direct fire of missiles.

You should goto a more intelligent source such as the political board to get the correct response.

We've been trying this for years with no success, no? And I'm not saying I'd want military action, just saying Kim doesn't respond to diplomacy.

I can't believe people believe the fake news about North Korea. The only reason we're going to war with them is because they aren't in debt to the world bank. Because they're financially solvent the people live free from government oppression

No income tax, they sell beer on Sunday's, strip clubs are full naked, no speed traps etc
