No. But to be fair, I wouldn't trust any psychic in any city, whether they advertise or not.

The very best ones advertise solely on Craig's List and on the "Sees all Knows All" sign in front of their house, so No I wouldn't. By the way, I wouldn't go to one who does not have a good sign - at least with an eye in the middle of the hand, and the legend "Past, Present, Future, Indian Healing Methods and Crystal Arts" all proximately displayed.
The very best ones are also always willing to put you on a reasonable monthly payment plan, but you usually must ask. They already know you want the plan, so don't be shy.
If you can't find one, I have a cousin in Plaquemine who is an absolute marvel. I can put you with her right away. Her name is Sister Isadora, but She usually only sees new clients after a recommendation from someone she trusts. There are so many frauds out there so she is very careful who she works with.

I know a woman who has gotten into tarot card reading. She has a YouTube channel where she posts the readings. It is hilarious. People pay her $20 and she "reads" their cards. She has no clue what she is doing and even has Post-It notes on the cards to tell her what they are.
I think she is planning to start livestreaming the readings. When/if she does, I will try to post a link for the OT.

They only thing you can do is try them out and see, if you are curious. They probably can't tell you anything real specific, (or at least should not try to)but the psychic phenomenon is real. Most people have some degree of that ability naturally when they dream.
The dream about going out in public and someone close by laughs at you, then you look down and realize you forgot to put on your clothes is a common dream people have when they are insecure about something. That's a common example of psychic ability.

They’re probably just as trustworthy anyone I’d imagine. Recommend - just like anyone...get to know them before loaning something of value.
