Same thing happened to me, a 10 hour day is too long, 5 8s is less stressful. You are not totally beat when you get off, you can get some things done at home after work, and spend time =with the family every day, not just your days off.

4-10s. Logic being you're already there so what's another 2 hours for another day off? The only thing that fricks this up are clients that have a 5-8 schedule. Just need to get more companies on the same page

Give me a three day option and I’ll take that. I’d probably pass on a two day week. I already work close to 5 12s a week so the three day option is a breeze.

I currently work a 4-10 and I love it. That extra day to the weekend makes a lot of difference

I did four 10’s for a little while, but my job tends to be 24/7, so I ended up working on a lot of my off days. I’m back to five 8’s and just telework 1-2 days a week.

I work 4-10s with a rotating day off and I love it. I can get a four day weekend without using any vacation time.
