Same thing happened to me, a 10 hour day is too long, 5 8s is less stressful. You are not totally beat when you get off, you can get some things done at home after work, and spend time =with the family every day, not just your days off.

4-10s. Logic being you're already there so what's another 2 hours for another day off? The only thing that fricks this up are clients that have a 5-8 schedule. Just need to get more companies on the same page

4 10s. Started doing that recently and holy shite it's amazing having three days off.

Give me a three day option and I’ll take that. I’d probably pass on a two day week. I already work close to 5 12s a week so the three day option is a breeze.

I currently work 5 10’s so yeah I’d go for 1 less day

4-10s will change your life when coming from 8s. Lots of benefits.

4/10’s for 25 years. Love them

I work 4-10s with a rotating day off and I love it. I can get a four day weekend without using any vacation time.
