Would you rather read a book or watch a 2 hour movie that the book is about?

I've read several of Herman Wouk's books and I would love to see some movies made about them. That's all I got.

Read the book then watch the film and see how they did it. I have also read the novelization of some films....usually not great to be honest.

I'd rather read the cliff notes of the book. Then, watch the movie.

Id rather read the book first then watch the movie. But sometimes you don't have time to read a book haha

I would have agreed with you maybe ten years ago, but most movies today are trash. Give me the book please.

Read the book, then decide to make 3 movies out of it by inserting my own characters

Book first, then movie. I have to read the book first. That way I can be outraged that the movie wasn't like the book.

I've never read a book written about a movie but I'm sure some exist. I have usually been disappointed by movies based on a book I have previously read.

The book is almost always better. So read the book, then maybe watch the movie.
