Depends on the restrictions of Supermax with regards to activities.

If I can read and watch TV, I’m probably better off in Supermax than having a butthole the circumference of a pancake.

Yea GP easily. Anyone saying Super Max, wouldn't last a week. All these guys would be crying for mommy in 3 days. Give them a TD.com logo on a sheet of paper and in a week they will be trying to type on it.

I’m not a people person. Solitary would be fine with me. Dealing with crazy prisoners would make me kill someone.

Regular prison, I shall be the one doing the raping. Just to assert dominance.

I read a story the other day of the first guy that actually got out of a supermax after 10 years and was released. He described the facility and how inmates communicated with each other. He was in the same wing as the unibomber, oklahoma city bomber, and many of the well known criminals.

Done both I personally like SuperMax. Now federal prison that's a Vacation. If you want prison time then federal is the way to go.

Regular prison isn't that bad. I've watched every season of 60 days in.

If serving life without parole, is it really that important to maintain sanity anyway?

Losing your sanity is one of the most terrifying things a person can experience.

don't know what this is, or how a prisoner would have a choice, I think I would prefer the former, I have a friend whose son is in prison, not from a trashy family, the friend is a surgeon and ran a good household, kid just keeps making stupid mistakes, he is about the only white kid in the place where he's at and is in sort of a living hell, gets beaten up/sexually assaulted daily, is constantly extorted by his fellow prisoners to call dad and get money sent to avoid the daily cycle, cycle is perpetuated and upped if dad sends, or doesn't send money

Supermax cells at ADX Florence are 7' x 12'. I just counted the ceiling tiles and realize that I have less space than that when I'm at work.

Time to file a grievance.

I'd go batshit crazy within a week.

Regular prison: you have more opportunities to take classes, have entertainment, exercise, but you also have the violence and rape aspect.

I'll take my chances.

I don't know. I've never made it to the end because I just start pounding shots of whiskey until I forget.

Supermax. I am somewhat of a hermit as-is. I might actually handle it OK.
