American business class has nice fully reclining seats internationally, angled somewhat diagonally.

I would have fumbled a football in the aisle and watched him jump out of the plane trying to get away from it.

Seeing as how I am reading this while over the Atlantic, I can tell you market value for extra leg room right now is much higher than that. I was regretting not paying 4000 more for business, but as I get closer to landing, not so much.
Especially to Paris where seats are always expensive in summer and add the worlds cup...
I am on a Norwegian flight in premium economy headed to London at $1000 one way. 3 months ago bought tickets. 1700 2 weeks ago. Business class on BA was 5500. Lie flat seat. Their premium economy was 2500, with less room then Norwegian. But Paris is a very high demand ticket right now and seats are at a premium.
But going from premium Econ to regular is a hugh down grade and makes the flight go from kind of tolerable to misery/suffering.

A lot of folks get business class and first class confused not realizing there is a difference. I’m not surprised since most people haven’t flown business and an even smaller percentage have flown first. Unless someone flies internationally, it’s unlikely they even have planes with first class as an option.
