Looks like an auto rickshaw. Rode around in one of these in congested India so why not? However, although more congested, Indian drivers are much safer than here even though it still feels like you are risking your life. So, maybe not here

Looks like some of the cars at Lane Motor Museum in Nashville. One of the best car museums in the world (Peterson's in LA is my fav).

If you are ever in Nashville, this is a can't miss visit.

I’d drive the crap out of that. The inside isn’t all finished in nice trim so it wouldn’t be comfortable.
