No thanks I like my face. I'd expect it to feel something like this.

My insurance doesn't cover left hooks from Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson in his prime, bare knuckled? I really think that left hook would cause serious damage beyond a concussion.

Sure it does.

Just say you were mugged and didn’t see the assailant and you’ll just owe your deductible.

If it was just an issue of pain and a broken jaw/bones then yeah I’d do it. But I have a skinny neck. Bare knuckle or with a glove I think he’d legit detach my brain stem and kill me so I wouldn’t take the risk.

Add another zero and it’s a maybe. If it kills me my family makes out well on the life insurance and the payout from the fight.

I'm not risking having my head reshaped.

Nope, I've been told his left hook would kill the average white boy.

You also have to consider that the power he is able to use in the ring is considerably less than the power he could generate all out in one punch not having to worry about a counter punch or a moving target.

No joke, the chances of serious life threatening injuries is high.

If tax free and medical bills covered, then yes.

Otherwise, you won't see 80% of that money.

hahaha

First off, if your mouth is open you are definitely getting a broken jaw. Having your mouth wired shut for 6 weeks is worth a $1000 to you?

Secondly, if your jaw is not broken, you are probably getting a concussion, some brain damage, possible cte, etc. Again - actual bodily harm, that can be life changing is worth only $1000 to you?

You should have just posted -- I'm poor as frick instead.. It would have made more sense.

don't think people are arguing that it is worth it in the short term. But in the long term, after all of the reconstructive surgery, dental work etc. then it would pay off.

Why are you going to need dental work and reconstructive surgery from one punch...hes fought many fights and many people have been through them without needing excessive amount of work done.

Are you saying you don't get the mouth piece and you have to stand there and not be in a position to take a blow, like a cold cock punch?
