All that cash in tithe plates that isn’t traceable plus a church doesn’t pay taxes

It's been a great money maker for 1,000 years.

Religious charities are used as money laundering fronts all the time.

A new money laundering church would have to pay a service charge to all the self serve car washes in the area. Probably be cheaper just to open another car wash.

Not being up front with where the money is going to the congregation is a very good way for one to lose his congregation.

Honestly never seen that show. Thought popped in my head while discussing an idea of making smart collection plates with Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities so you can use a card or Venmo to tithe

You know I thought this but I just bought a mattress from the only furniture store in town in a town of 8,000 and guy said he sells 10k mattresses a year. I was shocked

I guess so.
I always thought a taxi company would be a good laundering cover.

Yeah, you might even end up buying a former NBA stadium to have your services.
