Would an HOA have saved Big Lee?

Seriously, no HOA in America would have allowed that much concrete in the front yard, nor those decorations all over the front of his house. Not to mention, according to his website, the business is run out of his house. HOA would shut that down also.

I never heard of him until a couple of days ago. Still not sure who he is, but I get the general feeling is that he was a pretty shitehead but didn't deserve to get shot in the chest.

Higgins would've gladly served as the president of the HOA, no doubt.
