Prisons already use a significant amount of power and water. Not sure the benefit of combining.

I'd guess the OP means the loud data center hum that drives people nuts who live nearby and that prisons are perhaps already located away from residential houses.

Why not have the prisoners ride stationary bikes that power the ai instead of raising our power bill
