Worst driving you've ever seen...

I'm not sure if this is the worst, but it's up there. Last night, I witnessed someone who has no business being behind the wheel of a car.
She was trying to pull out of a parallel parking spot on the right side of the road. I was waiting for her to get out, so I could pull in. She turned her wheel hard to the left and pulled forward. She stopped because she was afraid of hitting the car in front of her. She backed up, but did NOT turn the wheel to the right before she backed up. Then she tried to pull forward again. Same result. She thought she was going to hit the car in front of her and she stopped and backed up. The whole time, it looked like she was just trying to pull the wheel harder to the left.
Finally, after 3 attempts, I could see she was getting frustrated, and I got out and guided her out. She had enough room to get by the car in front of her without having to back up, so I just told her to keep pulling forward. Even if she didn't, she should have turned the wheel to the right when backing up in order to change the angle of her car so that she could get out.
How do some people get a driver's license? This lady looked to be in her mid-30's. Not terribly old, and not terribly young.
Fortunately, there was no accident. What's the worst you've seen.

Nope. She had blue and pink highlights in here hair, though. I think she was from Portland.

On Franklin Ave in NOLA yesterday. Lady comes to complete stop in the right lane in order to allow someone to disembark her vehicle.
But this happens all the time in the hood, so I dunno if it's even a shocker anymore.

Asians are on up there, but, collectively, minivan drivers are the worst. THE. WORST.
Ballsy: because of a 5 star safety rating.
Moderation, there is none: it's either slow as mawmaw or they are toting the mail and pegged out.
No in between and no regard.
Fock em and feed em fish heads; I dread a minivan driver.

I saw a guy driving down the road with no wheel on the front passenger side. Rolling on the wheel hub, throwing sparks. I wondered where he was going.

Lady I was behind stopped in the middle of 3 roundabouts.
Also 90% of people drive 10mph below the speed limit everywhere. Drives me insane.

I was leaving a job interview in Dallas a few years ago and an Asian lady in front of me stops her car on the toll road exit in traffic, gets out, and walks to my car to ask me how to get to the Galleria.

I'd argue that the RAV4/CRV driver is worse.

Nothing more hilarious when driving than watching someone try to parallel park who has no idea what they’re doing

Every freakin soccer mom that drives a huge SUV with no clue on how to drive it, park it, turn it.

I don't know about the worst instance per se, but I regularly encounter the worst drivers on I-10 in New Orleans from the 610 junction until you hit the lake.

My parallel parking got pretty good when I lived in a downtown apartment and had to park on the street every night. Most people who can't parallel park don't even attempt it unless it's a gimme.
I have no idea how this lady got into that spot. I'm guessing that there were two open slots and she just pulled straight in and then someone took the spot behind her.

People here in Cola like to stop in the left lane on a four lane road to make a left turn, even when there's a turn lane for them to use for this very purpose.
I keep telling myself they're from Atlanta and aren't used to have a turning lane to turn left in.
(I'm looking at you Peachtree Street)

On the way back from Disney recently,
I passed a car going the wrong way down the interstate just as I got into AL at about 1:30 AM. Well i pulled to the shoulder so they actually passed me.
