I can't. I inherited three that need to go but they're union guys and can't be fired for not upholding standards for some weird reason.

Well that's the problem. The main miserable bitch is a fat, ugly, single 50- something white woman. She has no friends. She does everything with her family. She lives with her also single, never married sister and her fatass brother lives next door to them. Every vacation is with family to see family.

The panic attack woman is a pretty ghetto black woman who tries to use big words in her emails to sound intelligent, but they're always spelled wrong and usually in the wrong tense.

They both hate me as someone who came into the job only 10 years ago and has surpassed them quickly. I'm their direct superior and they would love to see me fired. I work hard, do good work and get along with all upper management. I'm a white male though, so can't really do much about them. I just keep hoping they'll quit.

I stopped caring about my job like 5 years ago. I just ignore emails and watch Netflix and shite.

I work with an a-hole. He has mental problems and recently announced that he teaches meditation and converted to Buddhism. He believes that he's the only expert in his speciality and we should defer to what he says. He has really abused the work from home. If you question him he gets angry. I used to think it was fun to tigger him and gently say and do things to get him mad. His neck muscles used to flex when he got angry.

I have to say during my career he's the one person I supervise who has caused me the most trouble and stress. He is good at what he does, but he's always looking to scam for what's best for him. He's the guy at work that you would never call for a ride if you need it because you don't like him. When one of our coworkers was in the hospital he was the only one who never called or asked how the person was doing. Never volunteered to help one of our coworkers in the hospital.

His ex-wife left him when he was on a business trip because she was afraid of his anger and temper and was actually afraid he would assault her. She was so scared she kept her plan secret and never hinted that she was moving out on him and just called him when he away on business and told him she was leaving him and moved out when he was gone. What's interesting is that his previous live-in girlfriend did the same thing.

He has mental issues and has flat out lied about so many things. He actually claimed that he wanted to work from home for a year to take care of his parents, when he has previously told us he doesn't like his parents.

I hate the motherfricker. He told me a few months ago, "Ralph I appreciate how you did not get angry at me last year when I wanted to do this and you did not try to get revenge or make my job difficult".

I told him that in a professional setting you do not do that.

Not an enemy, but a woman I hired to help provide customer support got mad at me because I was asking her what she was working on one day, told HR she felt uncomfortable working for me. She got moved to another area, but I still have to work with her some, and she is pretty demeaning to me and my current team, but she knows nothing will happen.

Work with several arse kissers. It’s like elementary school. One who gets to the office at 6:45 and immediately sends out emails to let everyone know they are there early.

I don't hate her, but there's one coworker in my office too that loves sending Teams messages right around 8 AM so the rest of us know that she's working.

I try to tell her, if you want to freaking take a nap in your office during the day, I'm not going to snitch. Subtly saying, you don't need to report when you're working.

Wish we could get out of this culture where a large portion of employees feel the need to "prove" how hard they're working. Supervisors need to care about results, not if an employee starts working at 8 AM or 8:15.

The ones that are guarding their work and not wanting me to work with them are the ones that are doing shady shite and try to deflect the whole time I’m with them

Women. In my field, it's always women. I've never really had any problems with men in the workplace. I feel like with men there is always the thought in the back of your mind, hey this could turn into a physical fight. But with women they just enjoy being a miserable bitch. Seriously, the way some of these women act in the workplace, in the old days they'd have been quickly fired or slapped. But you can't do that anymore.

Every meeting that includes this one person at work always takes 30 minutes longer than it should because we have to end up beating every topic to death when this person attends. When you do that, people zone out of your meeting and start to ignore everything being said.

I am the enemy. I compile the work of others and they are upset I find all of their mistakes.

Basic shite, like incorrect titles of important documents. The media guy sending me videos with no audio. I don't understand it.

It could be a couple of things. Maybe they know you’re going to double check their work so they don’t bother. Or maybe they want some errors to slip through to make you look bad since you’re responsible for compiling their work and maybe they’d rather be seen as the creators of the work in a more direct way.

I have one coworker that is a drama queen. Gay and a really nice guy but he texts the group thread every day at least 10x minimum. Just likes to detail his personal life way too much. He’ll have 5-10 texts in a row where it’s just him talking and expanding his point.

On our texts 1-1 he did the same thing and I asked politely for him to contain it to one text and I would reply. Then he’ll text 7 in a row to the group thread and say “I know 3nout doesn’t like it when I do this so I’ll stop. he bitched me out for texting me too much.”

I sent the screenshot of his 6 texts in a row and at the end I said “hey xyz, just text once please. Especially before 8. I have family at home and a bunch of dings is going to wake people up at 7 AM. Thanks.”

He shut up for a while but it persists.

TL;DR gay dude at my work will send 7-8 texts in a row to the company thread every day detailing his personal life.
