In real Texas cities this should mean that they opposed Biden trying to allow men into women’s sports and that they can correctly define what a women is, but this is Austin so who knows.
It would be crazy that anyone celebrating Title IX would support redefining sex to include gender identity and therefore having men in women’s sports.
