I have two guy friends with bi-girlfriends. they seem cool about it. One regularly has threesomes, the other doesn't, as their relationship is monogamous. But she dated a woman in the past. I have a good friend that married a former lesbian. She still sleeps with the gf she was dating when they met. He is cool with it but doesn't talk often about it.
I have one bi male friend, his relationship is open. Not sure what he does though. I do know they are into some freaky arse shite.

I feel like most chicks would never knowingly date or if they knew, be interested in a bi guy because of stds at least if not the other factors
I’m pretty sure the recent past bisexuality wasn’t as indicated in studies when it came to men, that bisexuality usually was only an outlet for mostly straight men to compensate for something causing psychological distress in childhood or present to do with male figures/abuse/unstable straight relationships and then it subsides and they are completely attracted to women or they are actually gay and are using bisexuality as a bridge and to supplement their ability to fit in around their 20s by still engaging sexually with women although they are only romantically attracted to men
Long story short, men have been shown to rarely be truly flexible in their preference for either gender compared to women whom identify as bisexual. It is controversial though
