Woke up next to the sound of a chick that makes enough noise for 3 of us.
She didn't sound like this when we first fell asleep last night. I was gonna let her sleep in but I'm gonna have to gag her or tell her to kick rocks because I wanna get some more sleep before the games start later

I use a sleep app that sounds like a box fan. It’s considered trashy to have a Walmart box fan on my nightstand now. Who knew…

I’ve been taking it for over a month and so far nothing. Best sleep I’ve ever had without taking Benadryl or NyQuil and stress levels are way down. I still get stressed about things from time to time but I’m able to just let it go wayyyyy easier now than before. I wish I’d have started magnesium a long time ago.
