Women rule the world.

The one that grates on my nerves is a female that has to reply to all of your replies with “peeerrrfect”. WTF is that? An example would a waitress who takes your order and ends the exchange with “peeerrrfect”. Every conversation with them ends that way.
Waitress: “Can I take your order”?
Me: (I place my order).
Waitress: “peeerrrfect”.
Later
Waitress: “How was your meal”?
Me: “it was fine, thank you”.
Waitress: “peeerrrfect”.
Waitress: “anything else I can get for you”?
Me: “No, we’re ok, thank you. Can we get the check please?”
Waitress: “peeerrrfect, I’ll be right back”.
Ad infinitum.

Cat Woman did that a lot.
Women use way too many emojis as well. Sometimes just to respond to others with nothing else. It gets old.

Please remove this video of my wife's HR coworkers.
In all seriousness, the people she's on meetings with sound almost exactly like this. It drives her crazy. Thankfully I can close my office door.
Of course it doesn't help that I give her shite before, during, and after her meetings with these yapping chihuahuas.

Excessive use of filler words: "like" and "literally"
It is possible to break this habit. First, you need to catch yourself whenever you use them, and the second thing is SLOW DOWN. You'll sound so much smarter and you'll allow people to actually internalize what you're saying. It will feel/sound weird at first, but it works.
The advice I will often give is "say more with fewer words".

Oh man set aside avoiding annoying vocal affections, having an AI transcript for look back and accountability is a game changer.
