What is shame? Where does it come from?
How do we determine if it should be assigned?

I already responded to this, but read it again and got frustrated again.

1) Men stay in your daughters' lives. The "daddy issues" women are real, and just being in their lives massively helps with this.

2) Men, be men. A man doesn't hit, demean, lead on, or otherwise hurt women (self defense is obvious exception). That being said, be unapologetically male. Don't stoop down to the argument level, be strong in your convictions, and lastly don't give in just to keep the peace. If you're fighting that much with your significant other, this just may not be the relationship for you.

3) Not all relationships work. Don't just stay with someone because it's easy. A good relationship not only benefits both parties, but it has unique challenges and rewards. Be one hundred percent open with communication and marry someone who is basically your best friend and lover. Messing up here can and will ruin your life, and it's always better to be at step zero than step negative one, so as soon as you're sure a relationship is going nowhere, end it so both of you can get back to step zero. It's also a kindness, women have a shorter biological clock (assuming they want kids), so don't waste her time.

4) Guys stop simping. These Internet women are mirages. Yeah in the short term it may be fun to see and interact with naked people (not sure how this works, never used only fans and the such), but what does it actually accomplish? I'm not a scientist, but I definitely see how porn and other items like it can affect the brain and personality.

5) Last but not least, it's not your job to fix her. You're not a therapist, and if you are, there's a reason you're not supposed to work with people you know. Trying to fix someone rarely goes well for anyone involved, and why start off a relationship with someone who is really not capable of handling it?
