In a former life I went to Martha's Vinyard alot. Flying there on Cape Air they ask you your weight. On a flight home Jim Belushi was on my flight and checking in at the desk. They asked his weight and he said 200. Girl behind the counter said no way more like 250. He lifted his shirt up and starts slapping his gut and says does that look like 250 to you!! All in a joking manner. He joked the whole ride back to Boston.

She should be embarassed

Helicopter companies here will weigh you, charge you extra for anything over 250 lbs

More like 230!

I once flew out of GITMO to Nassau on a small plane. They seated you by weight. I sat behind the pilot, and my buddy was seated in the co-pilot's seat. Interest flight. Snacks and drinks was an igloo cooler that you slid down the aisle after you got yours.

When we went on a tour in Alaska via float plane they made you state your weight at time of booking with a big disclaimer that if you did not weigh this amount (within 10 pounds) when you got there you would not be allowed to go and there would be no refund.

Oh my god, all those people in the airport who GAF that a fat lady is being weighed. The talk of the town. Nobody will ever forget where they were.

When I worked for the National Park Service with the Smoke jumpers there was a chalk board with the entire crew's weight in full view.

I saw a guy in Cancun airport yesterday who was at least twice her size. I couldn’t help but feel pity for whoever was unlucky enough to find themselves seated beside him on whatever flight he was on.
