Which is why he said it’s like hitting water at 70mph. By your logic there was no reason to change the statement to concrete

Not sure what your post is about but...
It wasn't "like" hitting water. It "was" hitting water. It was "like" hitting concrete at that speed. Like means similar but not necessarily exactly the same. It is a valid comparison at those velocities.

32.174 ft/sec sqd

Once you get over a certain speed, the difference between water and concrete is negligible.
At terminal velocity, hitting water is absolutely not the same as concrete. It still is deadly but the human body won’t explode the way it would if hitting concrete. Land just right, with head tucked, toes down, and arms to the side, you even have a small chance of survival.

Got any links to support that claim? I have seen some gory jumps and nobody exploded on impact. A quick search could also produce no evidence of bodies exploding on impact.

Perhaps the human body doesn’t normally explode, although I bet an obese person would. The skin contains the internal fluids that are being compressed. Still, complete internal carnage.
There have been people who survived jumps off the Golden Gate Bridge. Meanwhile, a 10ft fall from a ladder onto concrete will cause catastrophic injury and a 20 ft fall is likely fatal. Mythbusters put this to bed years ago and I’m surprised this myth still gets repeated. Water is a liquid and its molecules will always move out of the way for a falling body. Concrete will not.

It’s strange that I had to explain that but here we are

I think it's highly possible that her initial intention was to do this for social media clicks. Obviously risk assessment wasn't involved.

We went with a large group in Destin. My trip was normal but one friends rope snapped and they were carried away a little and then crashed into the sand. Not fun but they were ok.

She either completed a suicide plan or panicked to the point of self deletion.

Makes it clear the woman was not at 160 ft, maybe 160m. You can see cliffs at least as tall as the ones in this video dwarfed in the background

I don't have that sort of confidence but I doubt it would be fatal for everyone. I think people survive falling 160 feet onto ground sometimes, somehow. I'm sure she didn't exactly have control over her body and didn't land optimally. How long would a 160 foot fall be in terms of seconds?
World record free jump into water was 192’ - 10” and he reached a top speed of ~74mph
Nobody surviving that 160M, >500’ fall by starting it in a panic and falling upside down—that is without the hand of god type luck.
