I love when businesses fire back at dumbass customers.

You can take it like that, but I think his point was that this was a big deal. It was such a situation that some one had to be called in from time off to help handle it. It should be understood that service might suffer some in a crisis.

In fairness, she looks pretty cute, and obviously didn't know that it was an old woman with a medical problem. I think we should take it easy on her.

What a sorry manager. All around douches in this story.

She's a stupid count for acting like an entitled bitch and then taking to their business Facebook page to act like a count with her own personal Facebook account. Idiot

The guy who responded, Chris Burton, is a managing partner for several restaurants including this one. One of his employees that actually runs that bar was the one that called him and that's why he wasn't working at that bar that night. That's not his role in the company.

she isn't cute. Plus she is incredibly stupid. Stupid and ugly/somewhat attractive are not traits that will get you far in life.

Now if she was stupid and hot, all would be forgiven and I wouldn't care about her drunken rant. But Holly isn't so piss on her.

And there was a context to your response (and to my response adding onto it). Given its place in the conversation the meaning was more than the simple words by themselves. Welcome to holding a conversation 101.

If you're an owner of a restaurant, it's probably a good idea to be called immediately if the restaurant thinks someone may have possibly died while in said restaurant.

Except that's not how message board conversations work. Hence the technical ability to directly respond to another's post despite subsequent posts occurring before your response. It provides clarity and helps to prevent confusion. The internet thingy. It's not new.
