It happened at 8:20pm. That's the eastern edge of the central time zone. It's dark then.
Checking google maps, Cloyd Blvd doesn't have lights, nor does it have sidewalks on either side of the road.
She waited too long. And that's going to be all but inarguable.

I got picked to be on a jury several years ago and it was a case kind of like this and Tim was the defendant's attorney.
I was thinking, yep this guy is guilty AF but lets see what kinda tricks Tim pulls. Too bad the guy wound up taking a plea before the trail started.
