You have a LA dodgers logo (which suggests you’re based out of La or a fan of LA teams) but are using Bay Area slang (hella).

What’s going on here?

"Can you swim" seems more like a question for a rental application. Just saying.

This tells me she is after a meal ticket. Because she will likely meet a guy she's attracted to in a bar and frick him anyway.

It's actually kind of cleaver on her part. Helps you to not waste time on prospective dates. I totally understand guys not wanting to do it, but the premise is not totally stupid IMO.

She would have to be very good looking for me to consider it.

What's wrong with the picture

Out of all the questions this one seemed weird.

Setting aside the notion that this whole process is absurd (different topic), most of the questions asked seemed like the type of stuff a woman would typically ask when trying to get to know a guy. Maybe not questions that guys typically like to discuss, but they didn’t come off as too weird to me besides that “what’s wrong with this picture” one.

This reminds me of a girl (not woman) that I work with. When a relationship progresses to the point of exclusivity she has a contract that both sign that includes expectations, responsibilities, what is / isn't acceptable in terms of interpersonal boundaries, etc. Also when a relationship appears to have run its course she gives the guy a 30-day notice and reasons for planned termination of the relationship if they are things he can fix or discuss.

Would you fill something like this out to date someone?

Absolutely. It's a power play. I'd answer the questions, and when she wanted to progress further would ghost her. She'd be met with non-deliverable etc. She'd learn nothing from it, but for a few weeks some guys are gonna catch her on her "glow-up" for some "men want me I'll show him situationships".

Any guy that would fill this out thinking it's ok must be a "short king" in one way or another .

Imagine your girl putting you on a PIP. Time to become a snorkeler if you wanna stick around.

I think the world of apps/technology!

Simplifies life
Super efficient
Data/analytics/insights value is high

Apps make great sense for finances, ordering products & services, researching information

But in stark contrast, I see far less application to nature of human relationships and how they are built. Reducing people to pics (often lies), profiles, and questionnaires...GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!
