I'd want to tee the horse I was buying first. You don't buy a company before looking at their balance sheet.

Show me what I'm dealing with before I fill out any forms.

That makes sense.

I would’ve failed that one

Nothing is stopping a guy from bullshitting his way through this list

additionally, we are instinctively wired to read into certain social and physical cues. Can't tell you how many times I was talking to a girl that seemed to be perfect on one of these apps and when we met in person it was just flat. This form literally does nothing, it just condenses all the pre-date questions into a form and strips the conversation of all natural flow and chemistry. You have stripped all charm and personality from these questions. You can't formulize dating into a method akin to applying for a PPP loan.

That’s a quality I find very attractive.

She might have been alright if she wasn’t trying to play power games and be condescending. All in all, dude likely dodged a bullet here.

Morons treat dating like its a business. They create a system for things that cannot be systemized.

Why not, it’s just a few questions not a big deal plus she might like you and let you go on a date sometime

I've never been on a dating app or website but it does seem more like a job interview from what I can tell

The art of conversation is gone. Too many young people today just don't know how to do it which is to be expected with so much time on virtual engagements.

I agree. Although I do respect the toilet paper question. And I like the "walking down the street" picture.

But having to fill this out before even meeting seems dumb and like a waste of time for someone that doesn't deserve it. And most of those questions are "first date" type questions anyway, when you start getting to know someone.

And those questions lead me to believe she's a gold digger as well.

Very well said.

Would’ve happened regardless, but the 2020 lockdowns likely made it even worse

Dudes know these apps are full of bullshite and go all in anyway. I imagine people becoming increasingly introverted is part of it. They don't know how to do it the personal way.

It wasn’t even that…she wanted him to fill it out before even talking on the phone with her. Woman wants to farm him for information likes she’s Facebook before committing to a simple conversation

Feels like a SAT question more than a personality question.

I guess it would give insight on how well someone knows the English language.
