Woman kills boyfriend in an argument over breakfast.

The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded Sunday morning to a home in the 100 block of E. Lakeview Drive in LaPlace, where they found 23-year-old Joshua Jones unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said Tamyrihu Hubbard, 24, of Marrero, called 911 and admitted to shooting Jones following a dispute about the food that had been prepared for breakfast.
Hubbard was arrested at the scene and booked into the parish jail. She is being held on a $1 million bond.
