Just so yall know, tLSU is saying this its almost certainly true.
I believe it. I am very familiar with Juvenile Court through a friend that worked there for years.
People blame the DA, but really, its the Judges over there. They are EXTREMELY lenient to say the least. They have given some offenders, literally, 20+ "chances".

Unfortunately there are new neighborhoods going up around here all the time. Many advertise in the 200s-300s. There will be more than a few dozen for sale over the course of a year.

Dude chill. He has now been charging all carjacking as armed robbery since about two months ago. Min 10 years. They will hang these dummies. 3 chicks and a dude. Caught they arse this morning.
