She was originally pulled over for driving without a license plate, Baltimore County police Chief Jim Johnson told reporters Tuesday. In place of a tag, she had a cardboard sign with a handwritten message warning government officials not to compromise her right to travel, he said.

Some people just think they are above the law.

I haven't even gotten started. This thread will be my last chance to prove my case to the Droppie committee.

Seriously, this is why the BLM movement is so dangerous. It engenders an adversarial relationship among these people with the police. I'm not saying that it would have necessarily gone differently, if there hadn't been this ridiculous anti-law enforcement rhetoric out there, but part of me thinks this was part of the lunatic's motive.

The fact that a 5 year old was injured and could have been killed, and is now motherless, is just awful.

She would have probably been better off with simply no plate than this stupid cardboard message.

What irks me is that the headlines that I've read say "another black woman shot by police" where it should say "black woman holding shotgun shot by police"

Whats the point of this thread? If this story is correct, woman threatened and fired at police with shotgun after hours of trying to persuade her to get with the program, putting the cops and the child in grave danger. Cops shot her, end of story.

He/She doesnt. The child will get the GoFundMe money and all the extended extended extended family will spend it.
