The drumhead Nazi tribunals and Stalinist proceedings have more credibility than the Title IX cases.

I've always said that with rape and child molestation/sex claims that are proven false the false accuser should have to spend the amount of time in prison that the falsely accused would have gotten.

That would cut false accusations down real quick like.

I know a guy with a vindictive ex-wife who put her daughter up to saying her dad molested her. She got him arrested and his name was plastered across papers and news. It was 100% bullshite and the daughter eventually came out and said as much.

The miserable twat that is his ex-wife should be in prison as I type this.

Not to piggy back on the topic... But was Zyahna Bryant (Dove soap) ever sued for false allegations of racism? The UVA student Morgan Bettinger was expelled from college because of these false accusations. If I was the girl I would have sued the shite out of the whatever you call it..

How much time do you think the Brown/Goldman families deserve for OJ being found not guilty?

The Khan hearing was governed by Obama-era guidance, which discouraged cross-examination. In 2020, the Trump administration reversed those guidelines and mandated the practice.

As a rule, I don't follow pop culture trials, so I honestly have no idea.

Did the Brown Goldman families go to the police and accuse OJ of a crime for which there was no evidence? Silly comparison

Even in the reign of Henry VIII, a monster who routinely had wives and political opponents beheaded, a charge of treason required the direct testimony of two accusers.

Well, they easily won the civil suit, so I would say "0".

The police and evidence made him a suspect, not the Brown/Goldman families.

He was found responsible in the civil trial.

Trying to compare the OJ situation to a false rape accusation is stupid. Respectfully.

There is a difference between a jury reaching a not guilty verdict and allegations that are outright proven to be completely fabricated for the sole purpose of damaging someone's reputation or making them lose their freedom. Equating the two is just dumb.

I’m pretty sure universities could still expel students at their leisure, so this is a bit of an odd comparison.

Lately it feels like it, but I'm also viewing it as someone who was falsely accused of sexual harassment.
