It takes a real POS to stand up and trash someone at their funeral, while they are surrounded by mourners and the body is laying there in a casket unable to defend itself. And that's regardless of the circumstances. I would feel this way even if there was abundant evidence that the deceased was a lousy husband/father/person. If you want to go on record later down the road, fine but jeez don't stand up and do it at a funeral - especially over politics.
