And you need a safe space from child molestation.

There must be a shite ton of betas at that school.

TRUMP has an unfavorable rating of like 78% here so yeah, tons of lame arse betas who don't know GREATNESS when it's staring them in the face. Ryan Braun and I pretty much ran Milwaukee when we were both single, TBH.

As far as both resulting from a mental defect of believing you are something you aren't. Yes.

Correct. That's why we have strict laws against child molestation. Our children need to be safe from child molesters.

What point are you trying to make?

You lack an elementary understanding of what gender identity is. You do not possess what is necessary to have this conversation.

That doesn't make Scruffy's statement any less true.

It is a mental illness. How it should be treated is another debate entirely, but that does not negate Scruffy's statement.

So the school decides to be complicit in propagating a mental illness. Cool.

Parents should pull their kids out of that school and put them in another school with a sane administration.

It's really pathetic how incapable some of you are of coming to grips with things like this. And you're actually pretty smart. But this is just very dumb of you to commit so much to this "mental illness" narrative that you want the school to ostracize this kid.

I think it is dumb of you to condone that which under any other circumstance would warrant psychiatric evaluation.

And people even support the removal of body parts in certain instances.

Did you know that psychiatry considers a link between cosmetic surgery and psychiatric disorders?

How is it that one is recognized as something that should be addressed and the other is simply condoned?

We are afraid to address a psychiatric issue because we are afraid of ostracizing someone? How does that help anyone?

There are not and never will be a percentage of the population who are transgender that will be high enough to justify ALL CAPSing a post, much less the meltdown threads we see here daily.

You people talk about them like they're monsters that are going to come get you.

It is a mental illness though.

It kind of makes sense to mention it.

*sigh*

They aren't monsters. They are human beings. I just feel that we shouldn't condone the validation of what is clearly a psychiatric issue.

I'm not mentally ill enough to be so narcissistic as to concern myself so much with the personal choices of others. I've known a handful of transgender people. They're fine, just like you.

The only part about this story I don't like is that there will be pressure that if you don't vote for her, you are an intolerant bigot.
