PJ, you caused many a great deal of harm and distress during the BTR Flood in 2016. Many noticed your posts how it will be an afternoon rain spritzer. But it kept raining, you said it will not flood. So many went to bed that night relying on your expertise. They were woken up to people knocking yelling evacuate.
