I drove round trip from Watson to downtown BR (Government Street) through D.S. (Range Ave. to Fla. Blvd.) without issue. Was even able to stop into Gambinos on Goodwood for a king cake. Supposedly Greenwell Springs is closed somewhere around Central, but a buddy of mine came out of Frenchtown to Greenwell Springs and crossed Comite River there w/o incident around 11:00 this morning.

For those that have been out driving around in BR are the roads pretty dry? I don't understand why things are still shut down in ascension and schools are closed, all the roads I have seen out here are dry.
