thanks guys, but im worn out from this whole site... its nearly impossible to have actual conversation on this site cause they allow so much flaming (which is their number 2 rule on the guidelines anyways) and alter after alter... it gets old but there's no where else to go like this site.

check out the GFS, unsure if its the 3rd or 5th, larry cosgrove mentioned the 3rd, but before that they were talking about the 5th..

It has to do with the air aloft. There's a warm pocket melting it above the ground then it refreezes as ice before it lands.
