Why would this effect that decision. If he attended this I would shop there, if he attended a Biden rally I would shop there. The childishness of politically obsessed people amazes me

exactly. My dislike for their store has nothing to do with politics.

They hire incompetent, rude people and apparently don't train them very well.
their produce sucks
their meat is often outdated
Their employees have no problem blocking aisles while customers try to shop.

All of those things are true from what I’ve seen... and they are still better than Walmart and WD.

How bad is that?

Nah, I'll stop shopping there because their stores suck for groceries. Their meat selection is usually questionable, but I'll probably still swing by when they advertise leg quarters for $0.19/lb. They expanded their footprint too quickly and skimped on quality control over the past few years. Also frick Rouses and their disgusting house brand boudin. Tastes like bland dirty rice.

I will shop the best product for the best price. I pretty much use Roberts exclusively for meat (what's on sale), Albertson's or Southside for produce and small dry goods, and Costco for everything else.

Walmart and WD

Yeah, but they make Albertsons look like Fresh Market.

Anyone that does or does not shop somewhere because of someone’s politics is a dimwit.

Y’all can’t eat his vote. Shop where the products and people please you.

Too much damn political division in this country. This is our whole problem.

Not much else to choose from unless I drive into BR, Central, or St Francisville.

And when I can go to the Walmart in Baker and see a bump in quality over what I have near home, it is pathetic.

I go into Rouses several times per week and have yet to wear a mask. IME, most places around me don't give a flying frick about a mask. It's the spineless sheep who talk a bunch of shite on social media that I see all masked up for every store they walk into.

For all the crap I read on social media, all the tough guys/gals that talk down JBE, masks, and the virus itself, probably 80-90% of people in any given store I go into have a mask on. Spineless, tough guys behind a keyboard.
