I hope not.

If there was going to be an addition, one would think it would be Puerto Rico which would be kind of a disaster.

If so it will be Puerto Rico. Democrats have that island locked down so progressives will look to Puerto Rico as a source of extra electoral votes in presidential elections, the Senate, and House of Representatives.
