No you don't. You believe a one sided video of half truths that feed into your bias.
That has more investigative journalism in two hours than you’ve seen in your entire life! Actually, he meets with and does DNA testing on the REAL Trayvon girlfriend.

What makes you think that I'd my side and what does that have to do with my comments in this thread? I think your ability to track and comprehend a conversation might be impaired.
Nah. We’ve converseted before. I know what you stand for. A movement built on nothing but lies!
That’s why it will never work. Built on a foundation of sand by a bunch of race pimps that now go after Drew Brees. It’s hilarious if it wasn’t so pathetic.

That your ilk would go to any lengths to score political points in an election year. We went through this on the last page.

Minn law allows juries to convict on a lower charge.

George Zimmerman had been correctly charged
You must be pretty stupid if you still think GZ should have been charged at all given what came out during the trial.

I merely expressed the opinion that lack of evidence to meet the burden of proof was the reason Zimmerman wasn't convicted and it wasn't about over charging. I'm not sure there are any political points to be scored there, but if there are they wouldn't be tallied in the favor of any liberal agenda.

Maybe you just don't have the mental acuity to engage in actual conversation based on what is said and are forced to simply rely on talking points from whatever echo chambers you choose to visit. Is that why you are all over the place and making inaccurate assumptions?

Sure it does. Sorry you are too blind to see it.

Ok. Sure.

Oh, woe is me....

Then why is it such an outrage every four years during the summer?

Sure I do. I told you why you should watch the video when you commented

Why?

Keep dancing...

Sure it does. Sorry you are too blind to see it.

Feel free to go back and find the Zimmerman trial thread and you will be educated. My comments in real time speak for themselves.
Oh, woe is me

All you are doing is tap dancing around the matter and honestly believe you are spewing facts.
You’re boring me now...good luck at the protest. Too bad it won’t mean anything.

quote:So you don't believe Zimmerman's not guilty verdict was the result of a lack of evidence sufficient to meet the legal standard? You don't think that is a fact? You think, instead, the not guilty verdict was a result of an over charge and if he had been properly charged, he'd be in jail?
believe you are spewing facts.
Or, are you just running to hide from the ignorance you've so thoroughly displayed in this thread?

He shouldn’t have been charged. That’s your answer.

You didn’t watch the video. I’d say that me seeing BOTH sides, you are the only one ignorant in this discussion.
Again, you’re boring me...

Again, you’re boring me...

I would say that it was not provable that it was not rather provable that it was. Which is all it has to be for reasonable doubt.
You are incorrect.
Under Florida law, the burden of proving affirmative defenses, including lethal self-defense, falls on the defense.
Zimmerman’s attorneys had to prove to the jury that his use of force was in a legitimate defense to his life.
Posted on 6/5/20 at 11:37 am to Anaximander
All 4 officers will do jail time. How much is remain to be seen. But if the other three are set free????????? Wow. You think it’s bad now.

If George Zimmerman had been correctly charged instead of overcharged he would still be in jail today
Another interesting note lost in all this:
If George had not resisted arrest, he wouldn't be in jail today. Most large cities and a whole lot of small ones are not jailing people for non-violent crimes right now due to corona.
They would have booked him, let him sign his own bond, and released him on his own recognizance. He'd still be alive hitting the meth pipe as we speak, probably.

Keep spinning...I responded to you in an off the subject point you asked “Why” should I watch the video.
Better yet, here’s a dollar. Keep tap dancing.

Yeah, but his family wouldn’t have over 13 million dollars.
I bet behind closed doors they dance for joy at that motherfricker getting killed. Probably want to hug the stupid cop for getting them their payday

It is a crime if you let this go on for NINE mins and do nothing. Plus they have video of two of the other officers on Floyd’s back as well. Now if this was a two to three minute thing and the other officers did nothing it might be a different story.
