I heard they worked at the same place as security, but more of an overlapping thing? I am not sure if they actually knew each other, but maybe? I am also unsure that they actually worked together.

I would say that it was not provable that it was not rather provable that it was. Which is all it has to be for reasonable doubt.

Are there lesser included charges? Is that allowed in Minnesota? I suspect murder 3, which I understand Minnesota has, is the correct charge. What are your thoughts?
