I think you have to consider not even calling him as a witness and letting Fuller call him.

Does PT Become that much more credible when he talks about Hernandez being aggressive or whatever but yet still proclaims Will was definitely murdered in the same token. Hernandez offered nothing positive to help convict Hayes, he didn't witness it, PT did.

PT repeats that 'guy with his shirt off swung' at Kevin O'Neal, in a red shirt. Fixated there because he thought the Will Smith argument ...

Ramon Antonio Vargas ?@RVargasAdvocate 20m20 minutes ago ... was over. But then PT said he heard gunshots, and that froze him in his tracks. He then turned his attention toward where shots rang out

Man it sure sounds like the Smith friends were def agitators in part of the fight.

That doesnt settle the issue at hand though

PT seems like a credible witness to me yes. But I havent heard his testimony show murder, nor self defense. It seems he was not paying attention to Smith during the crucial moments because he thought the argument was over.

I think PT is being honest. Which is extremely honorable

if the argument between Hayes and Smith was over, then why did Smith get shot?

Because smith was going for a gun

or because Hayes just wanted to kill him

you pick

In PTs own words he said he was not focusing on Smith, because he "thought that argument was over"

Who said this? I've never uttered the words "only case law matters"

You have repeatedly referred to case law and even cited certain cases. You have repeatedly posted comments about evidence doesn't matter when clearly it must matter when the DA or defense is trying to present it. After the defense questions a witness you just say it doesn't matter. It will matter to the jury and obviously the DA and the defense think it matters to sway the jurors opinions.

I don't care about if you disagree with me or anyone else, but pretentious attitude to anyone who is either waiting to see all of the evidence or someone who wants to automatically exonerate Hayes has caused me to attack your credibility.

For what it's worth I have never banned someone for disagreeing with me. Admins on this site volunteer and are posters just like others here. We have opinions and disagree. Feel free to post your opinions but don't get upset because your opinion is questioned.

I am still on the fence on whether or not Hayes is guilty of Murder 2. I currently think he is guilty of manslaughter but want to see all of the evidence before making a final determination.

Have a good day.

yeah I know that's what Thomas said. so again, let's say that argument was over and the focus moved to Hernandez retarded fgt arse who was jumping around shirtless.

he swings at O'Neal. why does Hayes shoot Smith? Unless in that split second prior to getting shot Smith exclaimed "I AM GOING TO RETRIEVE MY WEAPON!" there was no reason to shoot him.

all that being said I think the jury is going to think Hernandez is a liar and instigated shite and Hayes is going to walk.

I am in the same boat. I think he has helped hayes side more with basically showing dickwad was the aggressor and lied. he also never mentions a gun being out until after hearing the first shot. I believe he even said that he saw hayes with both hands in the air. he also said smiths wife voice was the loudest and thats all he heard.

so what happens when outside witnesses come forward and say they heard the exchange about the guns?

Fair point

Now hear the other side out

Hayes has his gun, and manages not to shoot Smith the entire time they are arguing.

Then when the argument seems over, Hayes finally decided frick it Im going to kill him?
