I'm headed to Tulane and Broad if the verdict is not guilty and I'm tearing shite up that doesn't belong to me.

If they asked for clarifications on charges, it's really just coming down to conviction of murder 2 or manslaughter. Negligent homicide isn't an option IMO.

I'm sorry but can you explain rt3??

I'm probably not the right person to ask for legal definitions...

but I read that basically as "if the prosecution's sequence of events is much more credible... even if you don't believe every little detail of it.. you can convict"

ETA: credible to the jurors

well, If RS was shot once and the passthrough got her other leg, her legs had to be somewhat parallel aligned to the shooter. If she was talking to WS and facing him, he's closest to the car door opening and facing her, to present his left side for the 2nd (or 3rd) shot. CH advances and puts 7 more into WS as he slumps over the seat holding the steering wheel.
Either the shot that wounded RS casing, or the shot that hit WS in the left side casing are the only 2 that could be in the MB under the slumped body.

I think you still get excused from future duty though, so there's that.

I'm still interested in your comment about all the white people being convinced it's murder, and just trying to convince the hand full of black folks of the same thing

why would white and black people differ on the subject? why are white people so inclined to find him guilty, while blacks may have some difficulty?
